He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jacobs and Norma Jacobs; and his brother Raymond Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jacobs; his children, Wallace Jacobs (Mary Jane), Kelly Woodfin and Kimberly Lantrip (Ronald); his grandchildren, Christopher Woodfin, Jessica Jacobs, Brianna Gray (Wesley), Hunter Jacobs, Jessica Wood, Gena Lantrip and Amber Lantrip; his great grandchildren, Liam, Remington, Kimora, Ka'myiah, Leonna, Nina and Christopher; and his sister Shirley White (Clarence).
Memorial contributions in Herbert's name may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Baue Funeral Homes does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities.
