He was predeceased by: his parents, Irl Hicks and Mary Hicks; and his brothers, Terry Hicks and Lindsay Hicks. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Bannister (Greg); his nephews, Ryan Bannister (Shannon) and Reese Bannister (Kelly); his great-nephews, Parker Bannister, Blake Bannister, Vincent Bannister and Cameron Bannister; his great-niece Savannah Bannister; and his close friend Chuck Spradlin. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
