He is survived by: his wife Ora Mae Watkins (Brown); his children, Donna Budd (Kelly) and Rick Watkins (Alyce); his grandchildren, Ricky Watkins (Kayla), Michael Watkins (Amanda), Andrew Budd (Kelsey), Lauren Freeman (Thomas) and Lindsey Budd (David); and his great grandchildren, Bryant, Parker, Elizabeth, Lily, Holdyn and Palmer.
