She was predeceased by: her parents, William Boyd and Stella Boyd; and her siblings, John Boyd, Ellen Stubblefield and Bonnie Boyd.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Bird of Foristell, Missouri; her children, Amy Thornton (Kevin) of New Melle, MO and Rich Brockman (Rachel) of Warrenton; her stepsons, John Bird (Kristy) of Boise, ID, Mike Bird (Claudia) of Stockton, MO, Dan Bird of Weston, MO and Dave Bird of Blue Springs, MO; her siblings, William Boyd, Mike Boyd (Betty), Christy Schmick and Janice Stevens (Roy); her grandchildren, Libby Thornton, Kaleb Brockman, Madeline Brockman, Derick Bird, Tyler Bird, Abby Bird and Alan Bird; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Bird and Tyson Bird.
