He is survived by: his former wife Kay McElhattan; his children, Thomas Michael Tansey (Lori) and Lisa Maria Tansey (Reed); his wife Barbara; his stepsons, Tiger Parsons (Tami) and Brandon Parsons (Terri); his grandchildren, Zac Tansey, Kara, Alex Reed, Turner, Teegan Parsons, Cole Parsons and Ivy Fattig; and his pets, Rossi and Miss Priss.
