She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Elliot and Wes Elliot; and her husband David Sipes. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon George of St. Joseph, MO, Barb Hughes of St. Joseph, MO, Sandra Young of St. Joseph, MO and Bobby Elliot of Forest City, MO. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
