He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Scroggins and Berneta Scroggins (Barrett); and his brothers, Larry, Francis and Vick Scroggins (Donna Weyer).
He is survived by: his former wife Caroline Markt; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law David Fuller of Forest City; his son Jeffrey Scroggins (Chelsea Owens) of Troy, Kan.; his brother David Scroggins (Judy) of Forbes; his sister-in-law Ronna Beth Scroggins of Oregon; his grandchildren, Kutler Scroggins, Quentin Schultz and Bryon Fuller (Alisha); his great grandchild Everett Fuller; and also, Tom of St. Joseph, Floyd of St. Joseph, Terry of St. Joseph and Sherry Weyer of St. Joseph. He is also survived by companion.
