He is survived by: his niece Linda Scroggins; his wife Pat; his pet Duke; his children, Jim Eaton (April) of Oregon and Joy Beers of Forest City; his grandchildren, Rilee Peters (Brandon), Shelby Townsend (Caleb), Karley Derr (Cutler) and Zach Beers (Bonnie); and his great grandchildren, Alexis Peters, Braxtyn Peters, Jada Townsend, Brantley Townsend, McCormick Derr and Madison Beers.
