It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Shannon (Fordland, Missouri), born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Wise; and her siblings, Gary Wise and Lisa Blitch Nichols. She is survived by: her father Curtis Wise of San Antonio; her husband Bob Shannon; her sons, Charles Dortch of Republic, Kyle Roberts (Melissa) of Springfield, Jeremiah Roberts of Olympia, Destyn Embrey of Springfield and Noah Embrey of Nixa; her stepson Matt Shannon (Amy) of Freeman; her sister Aime Dean (Charles) of Thomson; her grandchildren, Tice Dortch, Hadley Roberts, Maverick Roberts and Kalvin Shannon; and her parents-in-law, Calvin and Phyllis Shannon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
