He is survived by: his children, Steven Bowers (Deborah), Michael Hunt (Maria) and Dana Bezdek; and his siblings, David Bowers, Eddie Bowers (Diane), Alfred Bowers (Lenore), Carol Duncan and Evelyn Young. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
