She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Burks and Marie Burks. She is survived by: her husband Dale Forbes; her children, Brent (Liz Forbes) and Joetta (Jim Keltner); her grandchildren, Justin (Kristina Keltner), Jacob (Alissa Keltner), Cole Forbes, Lauren Forbes and Carly Forbes; and her great grandchildren, Beau Keltner, Cora Keltner and Rylee Keltner.
