He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin F. Baker and Amy L. Baker (Gardner); his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Max Rockhold and Nancy Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Baker of Foley, MO; his daughters, Brenda R. Korte (Keith) of Highland, IL, Paula L. Raggio (Norman Borry) of Memphis, TN and Andrea K. Piper (Scott) of Washington, MO; his siblings, Sandra Rockhold of Clinton, IL and John Baker of Clinton, IL; his grandchildren, Holle Raggio, Austin Raggio (Amanda), Kaylee Raggio, Joshua Raggio, Jacob Raggio, Riley Piper, Lila Piper, Elijah Piper, Lydia Piper, Adelina Piper, Nathaniel Piper and Calvin Piper; and his great grandchild Evelyn Setters-Raggio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
