He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Bury, and Helen Louise Caldwell Bury, Jr.; his brothers, Michael Wayne and Bruce Thomas Bury; and his siblings-in-law, Julie King, Ronnie Williams and Donnie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Tammie Bury of Foley; his daughter Angel Chevalier of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Cheltsee Wyatt, Daisy May Chevalier and Morgan Neese; his great grandchild Chase Wyatt; his brother Junior Vrnisk; and his in-laws, Ronnie Darrel King, Beth Walter (Bob), Bonnie Williams, Dianna Williams, Verne Lacey (Sandy) and Susie Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
