He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Elizabeth McClellan Hines and Delmer Hines; and his sister Shirley Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Avis Hines of Foley, MO; his stepdaughters, Ava Bothe (Bob) of Winfield, MO and Debbie Brandt (Jim) of Wheatfield, IN; his grandchildren, Eric Bothe, Jennifer Schulte (Jerry), Jeff Bothe (Kelly), Deidra Curry (Charles) and Ramona Bellmore (Josh); and his brother Dale Hines (Cathy) of Millstadt, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
