He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Smith; his son Justin Smith; his brother Matthew Smith; his sister-in-law Gwendolyn; his parents, Janice and Dan; and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Caroline, Kellyn, Elouise, Henry and Edward. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
