He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Brooksie Williams; and his brother Ralph Williams (Margaret). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ann Williams (Burke); his children, Vickie "Daddy' of Daddy's Angel, Tom "Golden Boy" Williams, Jr. (late Barb) and Brian "Hollywood" Williams; his grandsons, Ricky Heady, Justin Heady, Tom Williams III and Zachary Williams; his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Maddy, Jaxon, Abigail, Rhett, Oaklee, Cheyenne, Hudson and Ayden; and his brother Don Williams (late Carol).
