He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Marie Palmer and Dean Dennis Voskuil. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Kahler); his daughters, Kacy Marie Voskuil and Emma Johannah Voskuil; his children-in-law, Jeremy Stagner and Devan LaBrier; his granddaughters, Collette Marie Stagner and Emmalyn Voskuil Stagner; and his brothers, Bill Frear (Sandi), Robin Voskuil and Reed Voskuil.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick's name may be made to: ● Earthwatch , which funds environmental research and restoration projects for teachers. Rick was a proud recipient of an Earthwatch Fellowship, through which he helped restore coral reefs on San Salvador Island in the Bahamas. ● Bev Roy Foundation which supports the Memory Café.
