It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard V. Korte (Florissant, Missouri), born in Germantown, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Korte and Lucille Korte; his wife Martha Korte; his daughter Heather Bruce (Mark); his grandson Isaiah Bruce; his mother-in-law Shirley Schuette (late Harry); his siblings, Janette Hewlett (late Wayne), Marcel Korte (Diane), Patricia Pingsterhaus (Glennon) and Mike Korte (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Lyn Sullivan, Frank Schuette (Linda) and Kathy Goettelman (Jack).

Memorial donations in Richard's name may be made to Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
