He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Toole (Anne Gilley), Patti O'Toole, Peter O'Toole (Tammy Clintsman), Megan O'Toole and Margaret O'Toole; his grandchildren, Celine, Sierra, Colin, Rhiannon and Camilla; and his siblings, Robert O'Toole, Jim O'Toole, Joe O'Toole, Terry O'Toole, Kathy O'Toole, Patricia O'Toole and Pat O'Toole.
