Juanita Mae Young Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Mae Young of Florissant, Missouri, who passed away on December 9, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice (Banter) and Cleo David Watkins, Sr. of Bono, AR.. She is survived by: her daughters, Edna Earnheart of St. Louis, MO, Rachel Smith (Greg) of High Ridge, MO, Mary Farquhar (Ken) of Pleasureville, KY and Elizabeth Young of Florissant, MO; her stepson Frank Young (Maria Celina); her sister Alice Opal Underwood; her half-siblings, Norma, Wilma, Donna, Cleo Jr. and Maurice; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Grace, Amanda, Danielle, Matthew, Gregory, Aimee and Kenny; her friend Scott Roddy; and her grandson Adam Farquhar. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Hill Funeral, Cemetery & Cremation Services (50 Fountain Dr, Glen Carbon, IL 62034). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or your favorite charity.
