He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Church; his wife Margaret A. Gallagher; his children, Pat Schmidt (Bill), Tom Gallagher, Bob Gallagher (Janet), Joan Webb (Bob), Bill Gallagher, Steve Gallagher (Mary), Carol Hanten (Tim), Laura O'Brien (Rick Albers), Kathy Walsh (Matt), John Gallagher, Mike Gallagher (Maria) and Dave Gallagher (Kim); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kristin, Stephanie, Daniel, Michael, Kate, Kevin, Erin, Bobby, Kelly, Michelle, Jennifer, Christina, Julie, Lindsey, Joe, Jessica, Nick, Christi, Megan, Jack, Maddie, Emma, Anna, Maureen, Becky, Abby, John, Allison, Lynne, Josh and Liam; his brother Donald Gallagher (Maureen); and his nieces and nephews, Glennon and Karen.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, a memorial service will be held for Jack at a later date.
