He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Blubaugh; his parents, Lemuel Blubaugh and Gertrude Blubaugh; his children, Belinda Wiesehan (John), Craig Blubaugh (Nicole), Colette Bellville (Keith) and Derek Blubaugh (Leigh Ann); and his sisters, Dorothy Whitney (late Hap) and Mary Schiffman (late Donald).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Florissant Golf Club (50 Country Club Ln, Florissant, MO 63033). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's name to St. Jude Children's Research Foundation.
