She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Lee" Myers; and her parents, Clarence Pittman and Brenetta Pittman. She is survived by: her children, Steve Myers (Vicky), Susan Sistek (Donald), Rich Myers (Kathleen) and John Myers (Mary); her grandchildren, Eric Myers (Vanessa), Andy Sistek, Angie Myers, Kevin Myers (Jillian), David Myers, Julie Myers, Tim Myers (Allie), Gregory Sistek (Amy) and Michael Sistek (Linda); and her brother Kenneth Pittman (Jan).

Memorial donations may be made in Jacqueline's name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
