He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Church; his wife Jerri Bennett; his children, John Bennett (Sandra), Tina Stage (Michael) and Jeffrey Bennett; and his grandchildren, Steven Bennett (Anne), David Bennett (Tatia), Matthew Bennett (Christina), Christina Herkenhoff (Andrew) and Adam Stage (Melissa).

A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (980 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031).
