She was predeceased by: her spouse Hobart H. Hurt; her sibling Charles; her sons, James, William and Troy Hurt; and her son-in-law James Wilder.
She is survived by: her siblings, Troy, Henry and Ken Middendorf; and her daughters, Dolores Jean Wilder and Linda Iris Sample (Larry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Masonic Children's Home or Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
