He is survived by: his children, Michelle McGee (late Greg) and Chris Revelle (Sheria); and his siblings, John Capps (Barbara), Wiley Capps (Reba), Maynard Capps (late Gale), Otis Capps (Phyllis), Joe Capps (Kay), Cathy Long (Andy) and Howard Capps (Connie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
