He was predeceased by: his child Jennifer (Mike). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Sullivan; his child Donald Sullivan Jr.; and his grandchildren, Katie Mueller, Sarah Mueller, Donald Gregory Sullivan and Kelly Sullivan.
