She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlotte Simmons and Dan Simmons; her husband Charles "Chuck" Lowe; her son Jason Mills (Brenna); her grandchildren, Rowen and Aspen Mills; her sibling Jackie; and her sibling-in-law Sandy Buttery.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
