He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Jay and Georgia G. Allen; his wife Peggy Smith; and his sister Barbara Allen Flack. He is survived by: his sons, Robert E. Allen (Rachel Frank) and Leslie Raymond Allen; his grandchildren, Keith, Robert Jr., Becky, Eddie and Sheila; his great grandchildren, Keith Jr., Brooklynn, Sydney, Kimberlina, Kyle, Khloe and Korben; and his nieces, Georgia and Mary. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
