He is survived by: his siblings, Troy Van Payne of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Joyce Ruth Shaffer (Paul) of Excelsior Springs, Beula Jean Hagood (David) of Grand Bury and Cheryl Lou Edwards (Tom) of Syracuse, Missouri.; his wife Dorla Kay (Hazel); his daughters, Debra Kay Williamson (Scott), Connie Jean Rugen (Jerry), Sherri Lou Collins (Jason) and Amy Lynette Cash; his grandchildren, Sarah Williamson, Rachael Williamson, Andrew Williamson (Abi Hincher), Jeremy Rugen (Jamee), Valerie Morris (Jake), Ryan Collins, Gavin Collins, Sophie Werner and Luke Werner; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Wyatt, Weston and Emery.
