She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Allen and Florence May Hatch (Moyer); her husband Lawrence Joseph Sickman; her children, Charlotte Yvonne Weaver, Teresa Ann Fleming and Garrison John Sickman; her granddaughter Wendy Jo Chambers; and her siblings, Geneva Allene Terrell, John Wesley Hatch, Eula May Akers, Eugene Allen "Bobbie" Hatch, Harold Lee "Pete" Hatch, Harry Dale Hatch and Carol Elizabeth "Cookie" Hatch.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sue Summers (Jim), Michael Wayne Sickman (Janice), Daniel Boyd Weaver (Tami), Cheryl Marie Parsons, Greg Freedberg, Joseph Lee Weaver (Leslie Miller) and Lawrence Joseph Sickman II; and her sisters, Margaret Ellen McRae and Wilma Jean Hodge (Ray). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
