He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flagg and Dorothy Flagg; and his brothers, Wesley, George and Curtis Flagg.
He is survived by: his sons, William Emmett (Merri), James Eugene (Melissa), Charles Edward, Christopher Earl and Leslie Bodean; his wife Claudia Flagg; his sons, Charlie (Shay), Chris and Les (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Vincent, Drew, Megan, Miranda, Jenisa, Hayden, Melanie, McKenna, Ellie and Jaylea; his great grandchildren, Ariyah, Jayce, Xavier and Emersyn; and his sister Sherrie Beals.
