He is survived by : his father Gene Shain of Fisk; his sisters, Nancy Shain of Cape Girardeau and Jane Shain of Gulf Shores, AL; his daughters, Lauren Shain of Cape Girardeau and Leslie Shain Phillips of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, John Hazelwood and Charley Hazelwood.
