He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Laverne Rutherford, Sr. and Annie Rutherford (Noble). He is survived by: his sons, Levi, Garrett and Miles Rutherford (Elijah); and his grandchildren, Aeriel, Gunnar, Kemper, Taelin, McKenna, McKinley, Lillie, Trestin, Ava and Thatcher. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Friends of the Animal Shelter.
