He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Sr. Pettijohn and Mertle Pettijohn (Long). He is survived by: his wife Pam Dunlap; his children, Tony Pettijohn (Kerri) of St. Joseph, Vince Pettijohn (Dorinda) of St. Joseph, Lee Pettijohn (Amanda) of Savannah, Melinda Lee (Luke) of Fillmore and Melissa Seipel of Fillmore; and his siblings, Ralph Pettijohn, Floyd Pettijohn (Donna) and Leonia Ebling. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
