He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dale and Isabell Ruth Roberts (Elifrits); his wife Juanita Mildred Whitlock; his son Steven Roberts; his grandchildren, J. V. Paxson and Jessica Davison; and his great grandchild Porter Moore.
He is survived by: his children, David Roberts (Heather) of Fillmore, Dennis Roberts of Fillmore, Janice Paxson of St, Susan Crist of St and Linda Stump (Mike); and his grandchildren, Nakia Stump, Krista Barcus, Kaylee Mackey, Katy Blaha, Lyrissa Roberts-Wilson, Drew Crist, Courtney Moore and Joel Roberts. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Mosaic Hospice.
