It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Jean Ross of Festus, Missouri, born in Ozark, Arkansas, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Lester McCormick and Bonnie Mae McCormick; her husband Charles W. Ross Sr.; her siblings, James W. McCormick, Emma Easton, Wilma Johnson, Patsy Kaase and Velma Guyton; and her brothers-in-law, Ward Templeton, Ronnie Guyton, Buck Johnson and Marion Easton.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Ross (Lisa) of Herculaneum, MO, Charles W. Ross, Jr. of Festus, MO and Lisa Diann Dankebring (Dennis) of Festus, MO; her brother-in-law Bill Kaase; and her sister Joyce Templeton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
