He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Ann Hawkins (Weber); his wife Millicent Joyce Hawkins (Gasser); his father James Russell Hawkins; and his brother James L Hawkins. He is survived by: his children, Dana Hawkins of Festus, Russell Hawkins (Tena) of Wildwood, Karla Peters (Byron) of Oakville and Chris Hawkins (Kathy) of Festus, MO; his sister Betty Harris (Hobart) of Cahokia; his sister-in-law Dorothy Hawkins of Swansea; his grandchildren, Nick, Zak, Rachel, Corey, Tyler, Jimmy, Ashley, Connor, Shawn, Kristen, Brad, Jessica, Mike, Matt and John; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Ryan, Isaak, Noah, Ellie, Henry, Claire, Lucas, Abbey, Casey and Addison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
