He is survived by: his wife Lisa Berry; his daughters, Ja'net Harness of Bowling Green, MO, Candice Anna Mae Phelps, Lucy Elizabeth Barnes-Cody of High Ridge, MO and Amber Alisha Volner of Puxico, MO; and his siblings, John Phelps of Hillsboro, MO, Michael Phelps of Hillsboro, MO, David Holloway of Des Arc, MO, Mary Webb of Patterson, Debbie Karll of Hemotite, MO and Sandy Holloway of Clearwater, FL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
