He was predeceased by: his father William F. Duncan; and his brother Donny Duncan. He is survived by: his mother Ida F. Duncan (Owens) of Festus; his daughters, Joey Chitwood (Joseph) of Festus and Kim Thomas (Jimmy) of Bonne Terre; and his siblings, Robert Duncan (Debbie), Theodore Duncan of Festus, Mary Duncan of Arnold, Billie Dutton (Norvel) of DeSoto and Dawne Burke. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
