It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Rhea Matkin of Festus, Missouri, born in Flat River, Missouri, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Barney E. Matkin. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ann Dutton (Scott) of Slidell, LA; her granddaughters, Megan Dutton McCay (Stephen) of Hattiesburg, MS and Lauren Dutton Williams (Brian) of Lake City, FL; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann McCay and Remie Marie Williams.
