He is survived by: his wife Annette Justine Hall (Bingham); his children, Dewhitt Bingham of Bloomington, IL, Galin Hall (Ingrid) of Festus, Paula Hall of Pevely, Wanda Henderson of Festus, Tamela Bingham of Festus, Cara Blevins of Crystal City, Vanita Franklin of St Louis and Janice Jones of St Louis; his siblings-in-law, Stanley Bingham of Festus and Vera Bingham of Festus; his close friend Henry Coffman of St. Mary; his sister Donna Spicer (Albert) of Festus; his children, Larry Hall, Paul Hall, Jr., James Hall, Ralph Bingham, Adrian Blevins and Valerie Shores; his brother Earl Porter; and his great grandchild Kalise Hall. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
