She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Russell and Hazel M Russell; her husband Robert "Bob" Lee Hay; her siblings, Lee, Robert, Walter, Andrew, Milton Russell, Camilla Alexander, Dorothy Collier, Shirley Cross, Onna Russell and Peggy Herbert; and her great grandchild Kanaan Compton.
She is survived by: her sons, Lee Cook (Brenda) of Festus, MO and Robert Cook (Rhonda) of Clarksville, TN; her stepsons, Robert Lee Hay, Jr. (Darlene) of St. Louis, MO and Roland Hay (Tara); her grandchildren, Lee Cook Jr., Jessica Cook Compton (Phillip), Steffani Cook, Lynsie Cook, Austin Cook, Danielle Hay, Analisa Hay, Anjali Hay and Aniya Hay; her great grandchildren, Nolen Bourisaw, Gabriel Watkins, Marlee Bourisaw-Cook, Zane Bourisaw-Cook and Liam Denby; her close friends, Andy and Tammy Graning of Rock Hill, MO; and her nephew Louis Brock, Jr. of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Webster Groves (3251 S Brentwood Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63119). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
