He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Palmer (Schmitt) of Festus, MO; his children, Larry Martin Palmer (Heather Lewis) of DeSoto, MO, James Michael Palmer (Laurel) of Imperial, MO and Jewel Suzanne McNulty (Gary) of Festus, MO; his grandchildren, Drew, Emily, Maddie, Nolan, Aubrey, Jennifer and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Carter, Kaylee, Chase, Zachary, Noah, Luke, Isabelle and Brooklynn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and dear friends.
