He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Fitzgerald (Tom) and Kenna Eifert; his stepchildren, Mark Eberhardt, Tom Eberhardt (Wendy Caruthers) and Beth McKay; and his granddaughter Jessica Fitzgerald.
