With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Cheatham of Festus, Missouri, born in Lebanon, Illinois, who passed away on October 26, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Missey and Myrtle Missey (Coleman); her husband Thomas Cheatham; and her brother Derrill Missey. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Brod (Don) of Hillsboro, Tim Griffin (Dawn) of Herculaneum and Pennie Strother (Craig) of Festus; her siblings, Roger Missey of St. Charles, Keith Missey (Sharon) of Blackwell, Kevin Missey (Barb), Faye Merseal (Benny) of Cadet and Patty King (Jim); her grandchildren, Logan Griffin, Danielle Hawn (Jordan), Jordan Eggemeyer, Trevor Eggemeyer and Jesse Proffitt; and her great grandchildren, Hailee Hawn and Landon Eggemeyer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
