It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Inez Dwan Mosby of Festus, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parent Christine T. Cayce (Joiner); her stepfather Charles E. Cayce of Festus, MO; her daughter Shele Mosby of St. Louis, MO; and her siblings, Paul Mosby (Gizel) of Sacremento, CA, Charles Mosby Jr. (Jessica) of Atlanta, GA, Maurice Mosby of Paraguay, Donald Mosby of St. Louis, MO and Marketta Connle. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
