He is survived by: his brothers, Donald Caruthers (Jeanette) and Wayne Caruthers; his sister-in-law Linda Evancic; and his nieces and nephews, Guy Caruthers, Jimmy Caruthers, Cissy "Renee" Hinson-Caruthers, Donnie Caruthers, Missy Coppedge, Karen Caruthers and Denise Tidwell.
