He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Douglas (Jernigan); his children, Scott Douglas (Theresa) of Festus and Stacey Douglas (Marcos Monteiro) of Elizabeth, N. J.; his siblings, William Douglas (Marilyn) of Hillsboro, Charles Douglas of Festus and Virginia Waites (Melvin) of Salem; his grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Andrew, Savanah, Sylvia and Isabelle; and his great grandchild Ava.
