He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Spatafora and Pearl Spatafora; his wife Rita Spatafora; his daughters, Lisa Coval (Jeffrey) and Toni Spatafora; his siblings, Johnny Spatafora, Sandra Rogenhofer (Charlie), Nikki Morris, Patricia Spatafora and Patrina Spatafora; his great grandchild Lacen; and his parents-in-law, Charles "Boots" Germain and Joyce Germain.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Williams of Farmington, MO and Krista Harris (Heath) of Barnhart, MO; his siblings, Joe Spatafora of Wentzville, MO, Michael Spatafora (Kris) of Wentzville, MO, Linda Dosier (Michael), Donna Spatafora, Gina Hill (Jeffrey) of Elden, MO and Tina Logue (John) of St. Charles, MO; his brother-in-law Ken Morris of Lake; his grandchildren, Emily, Lexi, Ryan, Madi, Abbi, Kaily and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Kailer and Kaysen; and his friend Ronnie Conner. He is also survived by numerous family members and dear friends.
